Jonathan Mariner holds one of professional baseball's most influential executive posts. As senior vice president and chief financial officer within the Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball (MLB) headquarters in New York City, Mariner oversees the league's bank accounts and keeps an eye on the finances of its 30 teams. Mariner, a former executive with the Florida Marlins franchise, is the first African American to hold the job in MLB history.

He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting in 1976, an M.B.A. from Harvard in 1978, and passed the certified public accountant licensing exam in 1980. His first job was with MCI Communications as a financial analyst. In 1985 he relocated to Miami, Florida, when the truck leasing and rental firm Ryder offered him a job inside its corporate offices there. He and his wife had already begun a family and would eventually have three sons.

Loraine Martins is the Head of Equality, Inclusion, Employment and Skills at the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA).  Loraine heads up an innovative, multi-award winning team that is having a positive impact on the construction industry, by leading the delivering of equality, inclusion, sustainable skills and employment, two priority themes for the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games. Before joining the ODA, Loraine was the first Head of Diversity at the Audit Commission, a national regulatory body. Loraine has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors at a local, regional and national level. Loraine is a Trustee of the Trust for London, which tackles poverty and inequality in the capital.

Tig Gilliam heads the North American business for the world's leading workforce solutions and recruitment company, Adecco SA. He is also a member of the Adecco Executive Committee, which comprises the top six leaders of the global organization.

Among Gilliam's many roles, he is instrumental in driving growth across Adecco's professional business lines, while expanding the company's dominant core office and industrial staffing business - of which it is the market leader across North America and around the world. During his leadership at the company, Adecco Group has been recognized as the AARP's Best Employer for Workers Over 50, the World Diversity Leadership Summit for its work in advancing diversity issues, the Henry Viscardi Jr. Legacy Award for helping disabled individuals find great job opportunities and is on Leadership Excellence's list of Top Leadership Development Programs.

Prior to joining Adecco in March of 2007, Gilliam was a partner and the global and Americas leader of supply chain management for IBM Global Business Services. While at IBM, he served in various management positions, including Americas leader for consumer goods, wholesale distribution and the software industry. Also, he was personally selected by the chairman of IBM to serve on the Integration and Values Team - a group of senior executives chosen to lead the integration of the company's businesses according to the organization's core values. In 2002, Gilliam joined IBM through its acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, where he started his career in 1987. He became a partner at Price Waterhouse in 1996 and held various leadership roles in operations improvement, technology enablement, organizational change and performance management. At the time of the acquisition by IBM, he was global and Americas leader for its consumer products and retail industry practices.

Gilliam brings strong expertise in managing a diversified services portfolio and a track record of sustainable growth in revenue and profitability. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He is also an executive member of the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (CECP).

Floyd W. Green, III is Vice President and head of Community Relations and Urban Marketing for Aetna, Inc. He is responsible for developing grass roots marketing strategies to assist in maximizing opportunities in new business development, customer retention, healthcare disparities and strategic partnerships. He is also responsible for building a culturally relevant presence to attract, acquire and retain diverse market segments across channels and touch points; enhancing current community investment models including philanthropic investments to strengthen Aetna's brand; expanding employee programs (e.g. volunteerism, gift matching, etc.) to differentiate Aetna as a committed and trusted partner; implementing urban marketing strategies to increase Aetna's visibility and to address the multicultural/multilingual and generational needs of key constituents across the country. Because of his work, he speaks nationally on "Cultural Consciousness", "Localization", "How to Go to Market" and "Marketing to Diverse Consumers". He also spends time on college campuses addressing the state of health and health literacy issues affecting people of color.

He currently serves as a Possibility Thinker for PennGood and Associates. In addition, he is on the boards of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) National Partnership Board for HIV/AIDS, the Greater Hartford Urban League, the award winning Connecticut Forum, Xavier University's Corporate Advisory Board, New Orleans, the inaugural corporate advisory council for the National Parent Teacher Association (PTA), honorary chair for the 105 Voices of History Celebration, and, was just recently appointed to Howard University's John H Johnson School of Communications Board of Visitors.
Floyd graduated with honors from Lincoln University in Oxford, Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in History/Public Affairs. He received a MBA in Marketing/Strategy from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management, Malibu, California
